Josephine Wiley, 68, died Friday. She was born Sept. 27, 1931, in Pueblo, Colo. A retired executive secretary in a steel corporation, she was a four-year resident of Las Vegas. She is survived by her husband, Sam of Las Vegas; sons, Sam Jr. of San Marcos, Texas, Dennis of Las Vegas, Mark of Granite Bay, Calif.; brothers, Carl Corsentino of San Bernardino, Calif., Charles Corsentino and Ben Corsentino, both of Pueblo; and six grandchildren. Services are private. Palm Mortuary-Jones handled the arrangements.

Thursday, November 11, 2004 Connie Corsentino, 81, passed away Nov. 8, 2004. Survived by her husband of 57 years, Samuel J. Corsentino; children, Mary Beth Corsentino of Pueblo, Joe (Janice) Corsentino, Rosemarie (Dave) Shier, both of Trinidad, Pattyanne Corsentino of Denver and Carla Hendrickson of Pueblo; sister, Sue Lietz of Sacramento, Calif.; grandchildren, Morgan Shier, Darby Shier, Sara Jane Shier and Sam Corsentino; and her granddog, "Lady." Preceded in death by her parents, Liberato and Marianina Tizzarelli. Born in Pueblo, Colo., on Oct. 23, 1923. Connie was a member of Holy Family Church, Ladies Fidelity Lodge, Columbian Federation and Ladies Auxiliary of Eagles Lodge No. 145. She was also an active chairperson for the Democratic Party and was one of the founders of the Pueblo Community Soup Kitchen. She will lie in state at the funeral home from 5 to 7 p.m. today. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, at Holy Family Church, 2827 Lakeview Ave., Pueblo, with the Rev. Father John O'Flynn as celebrant. Entombment, Roselawn Cemetery Mausoleum. Sunday, August 03, 1997 Mike J. Danna, 79, passed away Aug. 2, 1997. Predeceased by his wife, Rose, who passed away April 7, 1997. Survived by brother, Chuck (Theresa) Danna; and sister, Mary (Sam) Anselmo, all of Pueblo; aunts, Rose Lee Pisciotta and Mary Ann Corsentino, both of Pueblo; brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank (Glee) Valentich, Mary Ann Valentish, Jean Danna Gonzales, all of Pueblo, and Joe Valentich, Denver. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother, Sam Danna; sister, Isabel (Joe) Musso; aunt, Lula (Charles) Colletti; uncles, Sam, Jim, Joe, Charles and John Corsentino and Fred Pisciotta; and brother-in-law, Carl Valentish. He was a member of Holy Family Parish and a veteran of service with the U.S. Army during WWII. Mr. Danna was employed as a machinist at Dana Perfect Cirle from Aug. 7, 1951, until his retirement, Jan. 1, 1981. Funeral Mass, Tuesday, 10 a.m., Holy Family Church. Interment, Roselawn. Sunday, May 24, 1998 Charles (Chuck) Danna, 77, lifetime Pueblo resident, passed away on May 24, 1998. Survived by his wife, Theresa Danna; daughter, Virginia Danna (Dr. John Gerdes) of Denver; son, Dr. Charles (Rita) Danna of Littleton, Colo.; grandchildren, Tyler, Brian and Jacob Danna of Littleton and Erik and Arianna Gerdes of Denver; sister, Mary (Sam) Anselmo of Pueblo; aunt, Rose Lee Pisciotta of Vineland; and brothers and sisters-in-law, Phil (Georgia) Rotole of Denver, Angie (Carl) Cash, Josephine (Joe) Decarlo of Virginia, Mary Corsentino, Rose Berta Rutherford, Dorothy (Louis) Carleo and Jeanie Danna Gonzales. Also survived by numerous nephews and nieces and special friend and niece, Patti Gordon. Predeceased by his sister, Isabel (Joe) Musso; brothers, Sam Danna and Mike (Rose) Danna; aunt, Lula (Charles) Colletti; John Corsentino; and numerous aunts and uncles. Charles was a U.S. Army veteran and served in World War II. He served in the Pacific Theater from 1941 to 1945. He was one of the first to be drafted in Pueblo County. He was employed by CF&I Seamless Tube Mill, retiring in 1982 after 30 years of service. He was a member and former usher of the Shrine of St. Therese where services will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 1998, at 10 a.m. The family respectfully requests the omission of food and flowers. Predeceased by parents; brothers and sisters; and many other beloved family and friends. Mary retired as a sales representative from CF&I after over 35 years of service. 83 years of age, a resident of Los Lunas, NM, dearly beloved husband of Alyce Major Zancanelli, passed into the hands of the loving Lord and Savior on Monday, October 18, 1999. Preceding him in death are his daughter Charlene Boston of Colorado; his son Gary Zancanelli of Colorado; his parents John Baptista and Anna Zancanelli; his brothers John Jr., Paul, Leo, Ernest, Louie and Jim all of Colorado; an infant sister Anna and sisters Annie Bergamo and Mae Laner of Colorado. He is survived by his wife and his best friend, Alyce, of the home in Los Lunas, his daughter, Phyllis Ann Zancanelli of Pueblo, Colorado; a sister, Dorothy Bacino and her two sons, Father Ben and Jim; four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Also, his stepson, Charles J. Hill and wife Sylvia and their children and step-grandchildren and great grand children. His family and all of Alyce's family dearly loved him and he will be remembered always and missed by all. He also will be missed by his sister-in-laws, Johanna Major, Maria Major Linsey, Helen Graham, and his brother-in-laws, Buddy Major, Kenneth Major and Duncan Major and of course all their children. 92, of Trinidad, died February 15, 1999. Born June 12, 1906 in Rouse to Celeste and Maria Gottardi, she was married to James V. Zancanelli for 62 years. She was a homemaker, a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Holy Trinity Alter Society. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Dorothy Bacino of Pueblo, numerous nieces and nephews. Charles E. "Chuck" Corsentino, 81, passed away Feb. 17, 2006. He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Katherine Corsentino; his wife, Dorothy; and sister, Josephine Wiley. Chuck is survived by his children, Charles (Linda) Corsentino, Debra ( Duane) Krenzel, and Gerald (Heather) Corsentino; brothers, Ben (Donna), and Carl (Louisa) Corsentino; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Chuck was a devoted father, was dearly loved, and will be greatly missed by both family and friends. Rosary, 7 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, 2006, and funeral Mass, 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2006.
